Before planning annual leave or departing on a final exit visa, verifying that you have no active immigration restrictions or judicial travel bans (منع من السفر) is vital. In Saudi Arabia, travel bans can be ordered by enforcement courts for unresolved financial obligations, unpaid commercial lease contracts, or private civil lawsuits.
Expatriates can verify their legal standing and review active enforcement decisions electronically through the Ministry of Justice's Najiz platform.
Step-by-Step Guide: How to Check Travel Restrictions on Najiz
- Go to the official judicial portal: Najiz.sa.
- Click on Login and authenticate using your National Single Sign-On (Nafath) app.
- From the main electronic services dashboard, navigate to Enforcement (التنفيذ).
- Select Inquire About Enforcement Requests (الاستعلام عن طلبات التنفيذ).
